Moorhead’s Blueberry Farm

Moorhead’s Blueberry Farm is a family-owned 20-acre farm where you can pick your own berries. There are 20 varieties of blueberries to choose from and guests are charged by the pound, so you can get as much or as little as you like. Blueberry picking season runs from late May until the middle of July. The farm is typically open seven days a week during the season. Moorhead’s is the oldest commercial pick your own blueberry stand in the state of Texas.

Owen Theatre

More than 163,000 acres of densely wooded terrain comprise the Sam Houston National Forest, located just northwest of Conroe. Southern Star Brewing is one of the two craft breweries in Conroe. This brewery produces a range of year-round and seasonal beers, such as its Buried Hatchet Stout and the Pine Belt Pale Ale.
